  Calvary Life Inspirations Community Development Corporation (CLC-CDC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping South Carolina homeowners maintain safe, healthy, and stable homes. We provide support, resources, and access to essential home repair programs that protect families, preserve communities, and strengthen long-term housing stability.

 Calvary Life Inspirations, CDC

Calvary Life Inspirations CDC began in 2009 when a group of caring community advocates came together with a shared desire to help homeowners facing unsafe or deteriorating housing conditions. Guided by compassion and a commitment to service, they created an organization focused on providing solutions, support, and hope to families striving to maintain a safe place to call home.

From those early beginnings, we have grown into a trusted resource for homeowners seeking guidance, repairs, and stability.

We help homeowners stay safely in their homes through:

• Home Repair Assistance – coordinating grant-funded repairs that address safety, accessibility, and essential home needs.
   
• Safety & Condition Assessments – identifying critical repair issues that impact health and livability.
   
• Grant Application Support – assisting homeowners through the process of securing funding for necessary home repairs.
   
• Housing Stability Services – offering guidance and connecting families with additional resources as needed.
   
• Community Education – empowering residents with knowledge on home maintenance, safety, and available programs.

We proudly partner with the South Carolina Housing Trust Fund (SC HTF) to deliver home repair assistance to homeowners across the state. This partnership allows us to bring essential funding together with community-based service to create lasting, meaningful impact.
We also collaborate with local agencies, community organizations, and volunteers who share our belief that safe housing is a foundation for a strong community. 

Each year, our programs help homeowners:

• Remain safely in their homes
• Prevent further property deterioration
• Improve accessibility for seniors and individuals with disabilities
• Increase their overall quality of life
